Adrienne’s journey to a lifestyle filled with mindfulness, frequency, and play has been filled with all kinds of adventures! As a former Social Worker, she was introduced to mindfulness while seeking balance in her own life. Once she felt the way her body responded to meditation, energy work, and frequency alignment, she knew she needed to share the modalities with other people!
Throughout her education, work history, and life experience, Adrienne has cultivated a deep passion for guiding people of all ages! She loves to connect with kids, families, adults, and animals to help them experience more ease, balance, and joy. She wholeheartedly believes that everybody deserves to have access to mindfulness practices that they resonate with.
