Alli Steinke, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RTY) 200 with over a decade of experience, is passionate about creating inclusive yoga classes for individuals of all ages, from toddlers to older adults. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes strength, balance, and a welcoming environment where students feel supported. In addition to weekly classes, she hosts an annual Fall Equinox Yoga Retreat at Shades State Park, offering yoga, guided hikes, healing sound baths, reiki, and prana-filled meals for a weekend of self-love and connection to nature.
Alli’s expertise extends to trauma-informed leadership through her specialized training with Warriors at Ease, enabling her to create safe spaces for veterans and others seeking healing through yoga. She emphasizes breathwork as a tool to regulate the nervous system and foster mindfulness, ensuring a transformative experience for all yogis. Currently pursuing a degree in nursing at Ivy Tech Hamilton County, Alli plans to integrate her knowledge of yoga’s mind-body connection into holistic and preventative care upon graduation in May 2025.
