Bella LaRue

Originally from San Diego. Bella started their flow journey in Alaska in 2015 & moved to the Bay in 2020. They have been hooping for 10 years, spinning double staves for 4 years, and dabble in a variety of other props as well. They are a professional ballroom dance instructor & love hip-hop & tribal fusion. They have a deep passion for the tech side of spinning & love to combine tech with their dance background to create a dynamic, expressive, and eye catching flow.

Think outside the circle" (All levels single hoop tech)
In this all levels workshop we cover a variety of different pops, rolls, isolations, folds, 3D prop manipulation illutions to create a dynamic eye-catching flow. Ex: 1/2 chest roll-iso-1/2chest roll, 4 plane antispin folds, 4 plane ghosting isos etc.
Pick up sticks: Grid work and 3D tech (intermediate)
In this intermediate workshop we break the mold by taking beginner moves and breaking into 3D planes and exploring different pathways in order to flow and transition fluidly through all of the grids. We will explain the grid beyond box and 9 square including rubix cube and use basic isolations, antispins, slides, and hybrids from beginner classes and turn them into 3D versions of those patters and end the class with a short easy to follow amalgamation.
