Instructor Profile

We’ll start with some Cacao and instructions for the breathwork. The exercise will consist of two different forms of shamanic breathing, in which we’ll practice before going in. As we take in an indulgent amount of oxygen, an endorphin is released that when brought to the pineal gland, creates a chemical compound called Dimethyltryptamine (DMT).This bring a state of hyperawareness. It is fully safe & natural, yet a hypnotic experience.
