I am a Pound, Pound Unplugged and 250 Hour Registered Yoga Instructor with additional certifications in Trauma Informed Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Meditation, Qigong, Reiki, and Ayurveda. I strive to make yoga and fitness classes accessible to all people, regardless of their age, race and physical ability. I lead weekly yoga classes at a women’s state prison near my home and also lead several public yoga classes in Princeton and Eddyville, Kentucky. I know from personal experience how mindful movement can heal the body, mind and spirit. I love teaching POUND to people of all abilities and proving that working out is fun, empowering and life-changing. Music is a driving force in my life and the classes I teach.
