Saereid started performing as a part of her family magic show before she was old enough to go to school. She loved music and dancing. In high school, she was in every band the school had as well as the flag corps. She quickly became a Co-Captain and Captain and began writing routines for various props they used. She continued her love of dance and music throughout the years, studying Competition Ballroom Dancing, Middle Eastern Dance, and Country and Courtly Dances of the Middle Ages, which she taught for 10 years. Becoming a Mom meant sharing these interests with her kids. Now that they are grown, her Husband Mike, and her enjoy exploring Flow Arts and various other types of performances together, especially Stilt-Walking.

Flowing Beyond the Beat
Flowing to the rhythm is a great way to connect to the music. In this class, we will learn how to explore the various aspects of a piece of music, including rhythm, melody, harmony, and phrasing. So you can flow or perform to any type of music you choose. Come to class; learn to become part of the music. Bring ALL the Props! Let’s have fun!
