Instructor Profile

The Inner Child Celebration Workshop is designed to help you reconnect with the playful, joyful essence of your true self. The session begins with a short guided meditation to gently invite you into a space of calm and reflection, allowing you to meet your inner child with love and compassion. Following the meditation, we will engage in a series of activities and exercises aimed to help us engage in play, curiosity, spontaneity, and joy. Through play, movement, and radical self acceptance, you’ll have the opportunity to release past wounds and rediscover the freedom and wonder of your inner child. Whether you’re seeking healing or simply a deeper connection to your truest self, this workshop offers a nurturing environment for growth, laughter, and personal transformation.
