Instructor Profile

Shaun ”Stickman Paunch” has lived in June Lake for the past 23 years. Loving the mountains and everything they have to offer. Originally from Ohio where he was first inspired by the devil sticks on a college visit to Kent State University, when he saw someone playing with a pair. He silently told himself that he was going to learn how to do that, and in 1995 started playing, learning and self teaching. In 1999 felt good enough and started playing with them on fire. In 2023 he went to a fire flow festival called “Pyro Arts and Music“ and decided that’s what he wanted to pursue and develop his talents towards fire/flow arts. So in November of 2024 he started Stickman Paunch Productions. He has performed at birthdays, weddings, festivals, and local events. He loves sharing some light in the LED stickman suit combined with a unique fire or LED dance that is unlike anything you’ve seen and brings a vibe to any event.
