Sunny Dayze has been practicing yoga for the past 7 years and teaching it for the last 2 years. She believes yoga is about finding your flow and tapping into your inner self.
Her love for movement and mindfulness in the body translated into picking up hula hoops during the COVID-19 pandemic. One hoop morphed into 2 then 3 and she now spins up to 6 hoops, tying in both circus movements as well as falling back to her Native American lineage and the sacred circle of hoop dance.
