Sunny Dayze

Sunny Dayze has been practicing yoga for the past 7 years and teaching it for the last 2 years. She believes yoga is about finding your flow and tapping into your inner self.


Her love for movement and mindfulness in the body translated into picking up hula hoops during the COVID-19 pandemic. One hoop morphed into 2 then 3 and she now spins up to 6 hoops, tying in both circus movements as well as falling back to her Native American lineage and the sacred circle of hoop dance.

Hoop Body Locks
Unlock mandala designs and visual shapes with this hoop body lock class. You’ll learn 3, 4 and 5 hoop body locks. Among many variations of transitioning in and out of body lock shapes, you’ll also learn tips and tricks of how to incorporate these into your flow.
