Teresa Pauline owns SoulRebeLex Wellness in Lexington, KY. She is a graduate of Lexington Healing Arts Academy (200 YTT; 2016), Essence of Yoga Center (300 YTT; 2018 & 300 YTT; 2022). She most recently was certified through the Masters of Wisdom and Meditation Teacher Training with davidji (2025). Teresa also is the owner & program director of her own yoga teacher training school, SoulScapes By SoulRebeLex, RYS200.
Teresa’s focus is on creating a safe, comfortable space for all of her students where they are free to be themselves in a peaceful and inclusive environment. She believes yoga SHOULD and CAN be for everybody and has arranged her studio in a way that allows students the freedom of movement and breath, regardless of experience.
