WolfByrd

Sarah Smitha is a certified vocal sound healer who has been facilitating voice-centered healing practices for several years. Through her work with WolfByrd, she guides people in using the voice as a tool for nervous system regulation, emotional expression, and self-connection—particularly in healing patterns related to anxious attachment.
The name WolfByrd reflects the full spectrum of the human voice: the bird’s song of joy and beauty, and the wolf’s howl that gives sound to fear, longing, and grief. Sarah’s interactive workshops are deeply embodied and experiential, offering participants practical vocal tools they can integrate into everyday life for grounding, self-soothing, and emotional resilience.

Using the Voice to Heal Anxious Attachment
This interactive workshop invites participants to explore how the voice can be used as a tool for healing anxious attachment patterns. Through guided vocalization, breath, and embodied sound practices, participants will learn ways to calm the nervous system, express unmet emotional needs, and strengthen internal safety. No singing experience is required—only a willingness to listen inward and explore sound as a form of self-regulation and care.
