Sponsor Responsibilities

  • Communicate about the festival to your network a minimum of 1 time per month, providing them with a discount code that PlayThink will supply.
  • All swag that you hand out at booths or provide for the swag bags at the event must be made of sustainable materials that are recyclable or compostable.
  • Sponsors supply all their own promotional materials. Size parameters available.
  • Sponsors supply canopies and tables for booths unless otherwise specified.
