Lodging Accomodations

Welcome to Ahu Lani Sanctuary. Ahu Lani in Hawaiian means “Temple in the Heavens.” Nestled in a private 24-acre Native Hawaiian Ohia and Koa forest, this eco-retreat center offers breathtaking ocean and mountain views, serenity, and space to tune into your intuition. From ancient Hawaiian forests to sacred volcanic landscapes, you’ll fine peace, beauty, and inspiration everywhere you look. There are both single and double occupancy rooms available on a first reserved basis. Refer to the retreat form for details on specific rooms.

Dining Accomodations

Included in the retreat price are two daily meals. You are responsible for any meals not listed here. There is access to an on-site kitchen & refrigerator as well.

Meet our chef, Cory, who brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and passion for health and cooking to our kitchen at the Island Adventure Retreat.

With a strong belief in the power of food as medicine, he is dedicated to sourcing only the highest quality organic and regenerative ingredients, supporting local farmers and the environment in the process.

With a deep understanding of the connection between food and wellness, he is committed to creating menus that are both delicious and supportive of our retreat’s health and wellness goals.

He will be accommodating your dietary restrictions and allergies, while also educating us on the best ways to reach vitality through food.

Travel Arrangements

You are responsible for your own airfare to and from the retreat. Arrival is on Sunday December 1 with our first scheduling activity at 6:00 pm.

- Meet the Facilitators -

Paige Zen

Paige Zen is the founder of PlayThink, a production and positive lifestyle company that is focused on conscious and transformative events, goods, and services including PlayThink, PlayThink University, Kentucky Yoga Festival, and The Goddexx Initiative. With the innate ability to hold space and curate environments where humans feel radically seen and heard, Paige will be the Captain of our adventure and will be working closely with our facilitators Courtney Youphoriaphy and Jane Chambers to have a retreat which is truly balanced for the mind, body, and soul.

Amber Rose

Amber Rose is a professional dance artist, yoga instructor, and belly dance teacher based in Columbus, Ohio. With a passion for movement and holistic wellness, she has dedicated her career to guiding individuals on journeys of self-discovery and empowerment through the art of dance and the practice of yoga. Amber’s unique approach integrates traditional techniques with contemporary insights, fostering a nurturing environment for personal growth and transformation.

As a co-facilitator of the Island Adventure Retreat, Amber collaborates with Paige Zen to offer participants an immersive experience that blends island exploration with inner exploration. Through curated activities such as dance workshops, yoga sessions, and authentic connection exercises, Amber aims to help attendees deepen their relationship with themselves and others. Her commitment to creating transformative experiences is evident in her thoughtful and inclusive facilitation style, making the retreat a rejuvenating journey for all involved.
