Nina Swati

Nina Ma Swati has been teaching Yoga since 2012 and is also trained in Pilates, Sculpt, and personal training. Her classes blend strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, with styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Slow Flow. Nina creates a supportive space for all levels, often incorporating the calming sounds of sound therapy to enhance relaxation and focus. With a background in massage therapy, Thai Massage, and Ayurveda, she brings a deep, well-rounded approach to movement and recovery.

Hoop and Flow
This unique class combines the grounding presence of yoga with the playful rhythm of hula hooping. Begin with breath-centered yoga to awaken the body, then transition into dynamic hoop movement to build core strength, coordination, and flow. The hoop becomes both a tool and a dance partner—helping to unlock creative movement while staying rooted in mindful awareness. Expect a fun, empowering blend of stillness and spin, stretch and strength. All levels welcome—no hooping experience needed!
