Hello my amazing Playthinkers!!! My name is Ashlea Lux and I absolutely cannot wait to flow with you all!!! I've been involved in flow arts for 9 years now and could never see my life without it being an essential part of it! I spin so many different props, BUT hoops and dragon are just my absolute favorites! I'm looking forward to teaching you all that I know (and I'm almost certain you'll show us all something new too!!!) and having so much fun together doing it! Also!!!! My seven year-old has been hooping and spinning dragon since she was THREE!!! She started her fire journey at five years-old, so make sure you give her some love when you see her out in the fire circle!!! Love you all and see you soon!!!

HOOP CHEST ROLLS
In this workshop I will teach you how to execute a beautiful chest roll! Maybe even some transitions on how to start a chest roll in your flow! Trust me, you will learn how to do these and make it look easy by the end of this class! After this, next stop is fire chest rolls!!!!
