Briana Bell, also known as “Mystikzyme,” is a 200 HR Certified Yoga Instructor and the creator of Moving Mandala Magic—a sacred movement practice inspired by the ancient symbol of the Mandala, representing soul evolution and spiritual transformation. Her classes guide students through a 360° flow around the mat, aligning breath with intentional movement to activate inner freedom, release old stories, and reclaim sacred power. Mystik believes in movement as medicine—where conscious flow, breath, and intention weave together to return us home to ourselves. She also shares the healing frequencies of sound using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, the crystal pyramid, and the shamanic drum.
Beyond the mat, Mystik is a member of Anima Ignis (“soul fire”), a flow arts troupe where she performs with hula hoops, levitation wand, dragon staff, and fire. She also runs MystikWithin, her magical small business offering wire-wrapped crystal jewelry, elven tiaras, mythical headdresses, and more. Whether through movement, sound, or performance, it is Mystik’s mission to help others awaken to the enchantment all around—and remember the radiant magic that lives within.
