Since Mar was a child she's had a passion for music and a love of animals and people. She finds much joy in providing care to her community through facilitating events, providing sound bowl therapy, reiki and body work. Her sparks of inspiration are led by her curiosity, constantly learning and expanding. As a teacher, healer and student of life her studies run deep, everything from herbalism to circus arts and beyond.

Integration of the Emotional Body
This workshop will focus our attention to the parasympathetic nervous system, stimulating the vagal nerve with exercises and sound healing via crystal singing bowls. Through this workshop it is my goal to use somatic healing practices to help assist participants to feel and release stuck emotional ties.
Singing with the Elements
This song circle style workshop will provide a space for expression and learning. Using our voices to commune with the elements of nature, we will explore vocal toning, song circle songs and improv. Allowing nature to sing through us and open up to her lessons.
