Niki is a yoga instructor who leans strongly towards vinyasa flow yoga and mindfulness teaching. She, herself has practiced yoga for self growth and exploration for almost 10 years. Her teaching began in the middle of the 200 Hr teacher training classes and grew strongly from there. Exploring her journey of teaching and sharing, in as many places as she could. Niki has a true passion for health and wellness and believes yoga is a huge support in a great and well balanced life style, and wants to connect and support all those that she can in the beautiful practice of yoga and much more. .
