Paige Isaac

Paige Isaac is a Lexington, KY native who completed her RYT 200hr training February 2025. Since then, not only has she been teaching donation slow flows consistently around the city, mostly at Grounded All Day Cafe and Lexington’s newest yoga, dance, and community studio Lost and Found, but she also is an aerialist, contortionist in training, and dancer.

All of that to say that exploratory movement has been a monumental aspect of her entire life, and the goal of her classes is to offer those on their own journey the opportunity to begin to access their own flow state that will not only carry them throughout each and every class, but throughout their lives, throughout themselves, and to begin the journey within as their paths begin to unfold.

Community Bass Flow by BBU
Join Find the Light Yoga and Bluegrass Bass Unit as they work together to offer you a communal yoga flow led by bass music. This will be a slow flow, however the music offered to you throughout the flow will be conducting the energy, allowing all of those who participate to vibe out while they connect body to breath. A fun, beginner accessible flow for all who love bass music!
Flow into Inspiration
Flow into Inspiration : The Journey HomeA transformative slow flow workshop that will allow individuals to settle into their bodies, and begin the journey within. We will begin with intention setting and some slow, intentional breathing as we begin to connect the body, mind, and spirit. Once we have settled into our bodies, we will progress into a slow, exploratory yoga flow that will allow individuals the time and space to explore new pathways of movement. The connection to our breath will allow the breath to lead the movement, clearing our minds and allowing ourselves the freedom of our bodies expressing/conducting its own movement for us, rather than the mind leading our movement. Aka, accessing the flow state! After we’ve moved some energy as a collective and opened up/created new pathways of being, we will begin to bring the practice back down to the mat, as I’ll lead us in a bit of mantra chanting/singing before coming down for an extended savasana, truly allowing the individual to simply be, witness, and to steep within the vibrancy of the prana they’ve introduced into their earthly vessel. I will be offering assists during the extended savasana for those who wish to share space on the mat, so that I may help them deepen the experience and continue to release any remaining tension within the body. The entirety of this experience is to allow the self to settle into their own being, thus beginning the journey home.
